Ardennes American Cemetery will participate in European Heritage Days 2026, an annual initiative that encourages the public to discover and better understand cultural and historical heritage. This year’s initiative will provide an interpretive program in French, with Belgian and French Sign Language translation available, to examine the efforts made to identify service members and preserve the stories of those whose identities remain unknown. The program will place emphasis on the unknowns memorialized at Ardennes American Cemetery and the continuing commitment of remembrance.
