Pointe Du Hoc Ranger Monument Restoration Project

The Pointe Du Hoc Ranger Monument Restoration project is part of our ongoing mission to preserve the memory and sacrifice of the 2nd Ranger Battalion.

Please note:

  • There may be disruptions to the visitor parking areas.
  • Temporary parking will be available but will be limited.
  •  Parts of the historic site may be closed.
  • Historic site access will be along the west pathway only.
  • The visitor center will be closed starting in March 2026.
  • Temporary restrooms will be provided.
  • Signage will be in place to assist and direct all visitors.

Le projet de restauration du monument des Rangers à la Pointe du Hoc s’inscrit dans notre mission continue de préserver la mémoire et le sacrifice du 2e bataillon de Rangers. Veuillez noter:

  • Des perturbations pourraient affecter les zones de stationnement pour les visiteurs.
  • Un stationnement temporaire sera disponible, mais en nombre limité.
  • Certaines parties du site historique pourraient être fermées.
  • L’accès au site historique se fera uniquement par le sentier ouest.
  • Le centre d’accueil sera fermé à partir de mars 2026.
  • Des toilettes temporaires seront mises à disposition.
  • Une signalisation sera mise en place pour aider et orienter tous les visiteurs.
