Chateau Thierry Monument Visitor Contact Station Renovation Work Ongoing

Published December 21, 2017

Renovations to the Chateau Thierry Monument are ongoing. As of December 21, 2017 nearly all of the renovation work is now restricted to the inside of the building. The outside of the monument and the parking lot are accessible.

The new visitor center will offer 2,000 square feet of exhibit space, using an array of interpretive exhibits and multimedia to put American World War I involvement in perspective.

The new visitor contact station is expected to open to the public in summer 2018.
